Very disappointed

The new service manager, Ron, can be described by no other term than "JERK". I have been a customer at this location since it opened and have spent thousands of dollars there. I have always had a great rapport with the staff. Some of the folks like assistant manager Steve know me on a first name basis and are great people, but obviously that has changed with this new manager. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere.
