Struts installed

in June had struts/shocks installed.After, heard hard knocks when turning hard left & right. Different co. indicated faulty strut mounts. Dobbs finally repaired, but now offered a strut assembly system costing addtl to $453. I chose. Q's: (1)we're mounts ever inspected? (2)why wasn't system mentioned before? Not happy!!

New Tire in the Cold!

With all the cold weather, one of my tires just shredded itself. Dobbs was great, they matched the tire and got me out the door in record time, in spite of the COLD COLD temperatures!

After having oil changed, I discover large amt of leakage, I took my Blazer to my mechanic, & was told that Dobbs had overfilled my oil by about 2 quarts, which was the reason for the excessive leakage,
