Great service

I've started coming in to this Dobbs for all of my automotive needs, one because they are fast, reliable, and do great work, two they are so close to my house and three because they have great customer service. Couldn't ask for better service.

January 10, 2018 repair

Thanks for the great work on my van. I always get excellent friendly service. I want to say I am sorry to hear that Sid will be moving to another Dobbs. Oil Change

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. 40 minutes later, I asked the manager when my car would be pulled in. He said 5-10 minutes. Bottom line, it took a total of an hour and forty minutes to change my oil. Never again.

Always a great job

This is Marigrace, I am John's wife and Dobbs worked on my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Van. I needed an oil change and fluid check which they did. Sid at Dobbs always looks at the record on this car and does always reminds us of some routine maintenance that we might want to do. This is such a great service to have. This time Sid told me the radiator/cooling system fluid was about 10,000 miles overdue according to recommended time, so I had that done also. It is comforting to know that the technicians and the whole team at Dobbs. checks these thing for us. It is great service. We have been customers at this Dobbs for well over 30 years and unless a car is under dealer warranty we never go anywhere else. THANKS

Prompt full service

I had an engine issue when I went to work and I called Dobbs. They got me in that day and found the issue. I needed to being the car back for them to install a part and reset the engine sensors, and I am very pleased that it was fixed so fast.

New Tires

My daughter needed new tires on her car and we were going to wait for the October sale, but she got a nail in the side of her tire and needed tires right away. She had to leave for college the next morning and did not have time to wait for the Cooper cross over tires that were out of stock so she got the Cooper CS5 tires instead. She thought she would not have time to pack because it usually takes an hour to get the car in but the people at Dobbs got her tires mounted within 35 minutes and gave us a very fair price for the tires since we were not able to get them at the October sale. I have the Cooper CS5 tires on my van and am very happy. Hopefully she will like these tires on her SUV.

I don't really understand what you need. Everybody did what they were suppose to do. They did a good job.
