Great experience
My family has poor experiences with dobbs in the past. Which caused us to go elsewhere. We recently received a gift card to Dobbs and thought wed give it a try! The Dobbs in Overland was so helpful, informative and was not pushy about service!!

I would like to start with a positive by saying I appreciate how hard Mike works, multi-tasking and helping customers. I dropped my car off at 8:45am, with the ticket order to be ready by 2:30pm. I called at 2:40pm and it wasn't ready and hadn't even been started on. When I came to get my car and pay, I left feeling insulted and like I didn't want to bring my car back to not only this location, but any Dobb's.

I have been coming to Dobb's in Overland off-and-on over the years since I live in town. Other service reps have been so-so, but Devin is the most impressive one I've met. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He's the reason I return!
