Serviced my car to satisfaction. I asked for oil change and tire rotation. They found some other issues and reported to me. The other things were under dealer warranty. They were patient and explained everything well.

Everything was fine and went well...done quickly and no complaints at all about that. However when I got home and really looked at the bill I paid an extra $5+ for shop supplies and misc. So my already high priced oil change I was quoted was apparently incorrect....and my supposedly $55+ oil and filter change is actually $60+ and that should be the price quoted when people call!! I call that hidden fees or fraud maybe. I do know I have NEVER been charged for shop supplies and misc at Honda or Firestone where I generally go and trust me I will go back to them for all my future oil filter changes!!Thank you
The work was fine. They changed the oil and filter in my 2015 Suburban and rotated the tires under my warranty. They checked alignment. They charged me over $100. I usually get a fleet discount for about $60. I argued that it was too high but they ignored my complaint. I won't be coming back for oil changes at that price again. Schaeffer Marketing Group Inc.
I completely trust you guys. I know you will do good work at a fair price. That is why you are the only ones who have worked on my car for 5 years.
