Nathan always takes care of me from a customer service perspective. Only disappointment was that I thought the tires were priced a bit high even with a rebate... Convenient location and open weekends don't hurt either.
Nathan and his crew are always very helpful and pleasant. I was greeted by a smiling female representative that promised me my concerns would be taken care of and they were, even in a timely manner. Although the newbie of the crew was a bit jealous of Nathan and I's collaboration, I will allow him to pass this time because he's new to the place. :) Overall, great experience and customer service. My favorite Dobbs hands down. Thanks!
