3.5 out of 5. I'd made an appt. and arrived 30 minutes early, however I felt it took entirely too long for them to finish with my car considering the routine job it needed. Normally, this is my go to Dobbs, where everyone is friendly and I'm in and out, however not on Friday, 01/22/15.

Service Diagnostic

I had an emergency of fluids leaking from the Rhine. They quickly determined the service needed. They indicated that the water pump was bad and would need to be replaced. I first approved for the repair to be done, but then asked to hold until I could determine if the repair was covered by my warranty. It was covered and I asked that the service not be completed. Their estimate was $635 so hearing that it was a covered repair was good news for me. I was a little surprised that I was charged $40 for the quick evaluation on a car that had been serviced at this location many times. Appreciated the prompt evaluation but diagnostic charge could have been waved for a vehicle that is serviced regularly at this location including tire purchases.
