Awesome Service!

Was planning a trip out of town and was coming in for a tire balance. Ended up needing new tires but Devin was great! He was very thorough and was able to take care of us before our trip! Will definitely patronize again.

They are highly knowledgeable and don't pressure you into stuff like other places do. They tell you anything they notice that's wrong with your vehicle and they will give you the price to fix it immediately when asked how much

Oil Change

I was very pleased that I was able to get an Oil change with short notice. I just called in without and did not have an appointment and they changed my Oil within a few hours. Although they changed my oil so quickly. I was very unhappy with the quality of I received. They promised me a 14 point check along with my oil change. When I got my car back I specifically asked them before I payed the bill if they filled my windshield fluid reservoir because it was empty. The gentleman Devin stated they did fill it up and when I got in my car home the reservoir was still empty like when I brought it in. So I had to drive my car all the way back there just for windshield fluid. I am skeptical if they actually did a 14 point check because if they has actually done the 14 point check as promised they would have seen it was empty and filled it up.

Recent Visit

I had been going to a different Dobbs location for years. My last visit at that location will be the last. I didn't appreciate the conversation from the service manager in regards to the choice I wanted to make of where I wanted to place 2 new tires.What I noticed at the Howdershell location was everyone (from the manager to the mechanics) that I came in contact with was very pleasant and said hello.I'm spreading the news of the great service from the Howdershell location.

Tire service

I came into around 6:00 on a Friday night and was still able to get 2 new tires put on my vehicle. The service was amazing and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision right there on the spot (I had financial concerns). I had the 2 new tires put on my car and out the door in about an hour. The service was great!
