Somewhat disappointed
I brought my car in as my brakes were grinding and my tires had hit a curb and a bad pothole. I took it in early in the morning and it was not even looked at until the afternoon. I was then told there was nothing wrong and there was no grinding noise. He also said the tire was fine. When I persisted and said it had not been driving right, he then wanted to know if he would check the alignment, but it would not account for the noise. What noise- I was referring to the brakes making noise and not the tires. He wanted to know if I wanted him to fix it if it needed an alignment. Also, I had to call to check on my car. he said he did not see a point to call me if there was nothing. It would have been nice to know if there was going to be a delay in getting the car in that day to be looked at.
