New tires

They did a great job and called me 3 times to update me on the work. I love the new tires that they recommended.

Will not go back...

I came in for tires. That service was fine. Alignment was also checked. It showed only the right front toe was off slightly. Camber and caster were well within specs for all four wheels and needed no adjustment. This is where their "sell" came into play. I was quoted $85 for a $10 cam bolt when camber did not need adjustment. I was also quoted $59 for reset of the steering wheel angle sensor. All in all, it would have cost me $240 for an alignment. I took my vehicle to another shop, and the job was done for $70.

New tire purchase

Always having 3 vehicles, I've purchased several sets of tires through the years from Dobbs in Festus. I recently purchased a new set of Cooper tires for my 05 Camry. As usual the ride is smooth and quiet. They did a great job for me. I always road test myself immediately by hitting the Interstate highway and running the speed limit to see if there are any vibration in the steering wheel. Everything checked out great! I would recommend purchasing Cooper tires from Dobbs in Festus. I'm confident you will be happy.

Inspection and rotate tires

Your stores dont share info from one to another I was told since I didnt have my tire info with me that I bought at the Oakville store I have to go back and get the info myself.

Great service

I have been for the last four years. It a 2007 dodge nitro, I brought it new. If not for you I would be without a car. It cheaper to fix I had a lot of parts replace. The guys down there are great. Bill the manager there Help us a lot. This may be last car I buy THANK RAY
