I came in unexpectedly near the end of the day with a flat tire. I didn't think the guys would have time to help me, but they did. I bought two new tires, had them rotated, and got my oil changed since I was there. They did it quickly and I was out and on my way in no time. I was treated well and with the respect due any paying customer. I cannot think of anything which could have improved my experience. Great job!

Horrible Service

It took them forever to change the oil in my car. I was told it would be around and hour and a half. It took almost double that time. Why?? The two boys out there stopped to talk more than worked. I watched the whole thing. i told the man when I checked out and he just said well I'll tell them.

It went fair ,but the next day I had 3 oil spots on my driveway about 8 in in dia. I brought the truck back and they cleaned up the truck where they spilled the oil on my engine.. I am left with 3 oil spots that I have to clean up.Really that's not to good of service for a hundred dollar oil change

Clint Exceeded Our Expectation

My daughter's car headlight was out and she does considerable night driving. Even very late in the work day, Clint was able to help get her car fixed: quickly, professionally and inexpensively! He always impresses! Kudos to Clint.

Oil Change

Dobb's always does a good job with Oil Changes. If I could make a recommendation to the staff, please try not to get oily handprints and oil on the exterior of the vehicle. Also, make sure that when you pull the oil filter off, to clean any oil that runs onto the frame, etc. Everytime I pull my truck in the driveway after an oil change, there are drips of oil from not wiping all messes.
