New Tires & Oil Change

Needed to purchase a set of 4 tires and also get an oil change. Made appointment for later in the week. Arrived at appointment time, they were ready for me. I also requested a front end alignment since I was getting new tires. They checked the alignment and lucky me no alignment was needed and there was no charge for checking it. Great service and price! Will go back again for service.

I brought my car in to Dobbs on Wednesday evening due to tires looked like they needed servicing. There was damage on the right side. To my dismay, there were two other tires that needed attention. The staff saw this right away.I would like to thank them for seeing what I didn't see. They are true professionals.Both tires were buckled and could have led to a blowout.Thank you Dobbs for a job well done.Wanda

Completely Ignored

After many years and tens of thousands of dollars spent by my husband and his company over the years, I was completely ignored by everyone at Dobbs just because of a misunderstanding concerning a tire. I will never set foot in this place again. I cannot believe these people. They would not even acknowledge me after all the years of business. All I needed was a little air in a tire. I almost had to beg someone to do this, and he was not very happy about it. So unprofessional!!!!!!!

Oil change and tire rotation services great. My problem was when I paid I had a coupon for $19.95 oil change and the cashier stated that it comes off the cost, but yet i stll paid $56 which was still incorrect. The coupon ckearly stated Oil change $19.95.
