I left the vehicle at shop on Sunday 3/11. Filled out form and requested the truck be done @3pm. Wasn't done until 4pm. They were waiting on new battery that I needed. The mechanic called me in the A.M. Why didn't they order the battery right away?
Purchased tires for my boat trailer to get us going for the season. Work was performed in less than an hour and tech was very knowledgeable and careful with our boat. Thanks for the great service!!

I was able to get in right away for a safety inspection, told me it would be about an hour wait but it was only about 40 minutes. It was recommended that I get new tires soon and Jay was very helpful with pricing those out!

Dobbs accidentally stripped out my oil pan plug. This was not discovered until I took it to another shop for an oil change. Dobbs attempted to fix the problem. The second shop refused to change the oil a second time because they felt Dobbs had not properly corrected the problem. Dobbs made a second attempt to correct the problem. I'm waiting until my car needs a oil change to see if the second shop accepts the 2nd Dobbs repair. Dobbs seems to be standing behind their work but it seems Dobbs is attempting everything they can to avoid replacing the oil pan.
Walked in in a pickle and they were able to take me right away. Couldn't ask for better service!
My 16 yo daughter was in. Very happy with everything. Felt comfortable and treated very nicely. She has been there once before. Will come back. Thanks.
