I have been coming to Dobbs for 9 years and this was the worst communication and customer service I have ever received. I was treated very rudely. Not sure I will be back again.
Friendly and on time
It was 5pm when I noticed my daughter's car had a low tire. She had to leave for work by 6:30. I told her to drive it up to Dobbs and see what they could do knowing that she needed 2 new tires. They were able to get her fixed up for a great price and out the door with two new tires in time for her to drive to work. Impressive. Thanks for the quick service!
Great customer service, scheduling was easy, and quality products for a great price! I would highly recommend this Dobbs!
I brought in my truck for a state vehicle inspection and an oil change. The service was completed but I found grease spots on the seat, center console and the ceiling.

I cannot be happier with the Dobb's team in Ellisville, Mo. Everyone is very professional and I feel as though that a few have become friends. They treat me well and are honest about any issues. If the Store Manager, David K., was to be relocated, I'd probably relocate as well--that's how much I trust this crew!Thank you, Dobbs!!!!
