110,000 mile oil-change

I asked for an early appt because I was going to wait for the car. We discussed a possible change to snow or all-purpose tires, but that's not likely now. Everything was done quickly & I was ready to go on time.

Job done as requested and met turnaround time.

Tire replacement

They were easy to work with. I had a third party warranty. They had no problem dealing with that as well. I would return.

Excellent service -- quick and appropriately priced. Received benefit of coupon even though it didn't 100% apply to the service obtained (coupon was for standard oil, wherein I use high-mileage).

Car Inspection

Love the service from start to finish. Especially the fact that you take me to my work place free of charge. Car was finished quickly and ready to go which I really appreciated.

Tires

I thought I needed an alignment. Heads up to the service manage who showed me it was bad tires. I would have purchased 4 but I felt like it was a game to get as much cash from the consumer as possible. I caught on quickly and purchased only 2 tires because they "only had those in stock" no other options now rebates now deals even though the tires were less expensive at the Chrysler dealership. Don't be taken advantage of because you drive a good car. Shop somewhere else. I won't return to "get more dollars dobbs" I will pay more for excellent customer service and less small talk bad economics. Dr. P
