Fantastic!

I dropped off my van (unannounced) for them to check my car before a trip. They found that 3 of 4 tires had nails in them (they were old tires) - they replaced them at a remarkably reasonable price. They were extremely pleasant to deal with. I've dealt with them in the past and they are always great!

I had overall good service but I did see a customer return to the service counter after paying because the technicians had forgot to put his hub caps back on.

Yesterday, Friday, 30 Sept 2016 I visited Downtown Dobbs (715 S. Broadway St. Louis, MO 63102) and although I called ahead I had not scheduled an appointment. I met with Mike Davis the retail sales manager to get my auto serviced. I live in Liberty, MO and my son goes to school in Saint Louis and we were in a dilemma. I found Mike to be courteous, kind, and extremely helpful - in short I encountered a true professional. Please reward him accordingly!
