I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and leak in one tire. I received a call the next day it was ready, and I confirmed what was done over the phone. When I picked it up, the tire rotation was not on the receipt. It was not completed. I had to leave it with them and come back to get it 2 hrs later.
I have been working with the Dorsett Store for the last 20 years and they have done a great job for all the cars I have owned. The Current Store Manager - A J always makes time to talk to the customers and speak to them in terms that NON-TECHNICIANS can understand. My compliments to the store and the people.
All was good
We had to have the van towed to a different location than we normally deal with. The people were excellent and the work was done well. Very satisfied.
Fast and easy
The team, as usual, was responsive, friendly, professional and thorough. I always enjoy visiting this location and always like the work.
Rather routine fluid flush benefiting from the "Buy one, get one half-off" promo, which I used for Transmission and Brakes. Work complete on time and as requested. Will continue to trust Dobbs and the staff at the Dorsett/Maryland Heights location.
The BOGO oil change is a good deal set up to help us get the maintenance on the car. The people at Dobbs are friendly and get the job done as promised in a timely manor.
