Service was fine as always--delivered ahead of schedule. However, representative admitted the obvious: Dobbs increased the cost of oil changes so that the "free" one was just about as much as their other best coupons/prices. That is, $44 for two or $26 for one. Not such a great deal...
It was a busy day in last week of the month but they got me in and out efficiently.

All in all I was very satisfied with my last visit to Dobbs for an oil change. Everyone there was very pleasant and professional. I waited for my car and was in and out in a hour. Felt very good about the appointment.My only minor complaint is an ongoing nuisance for me. I wish the service technician would take an extra minute or so to wipe off the excess oil drips which always wind up on my driveway. Wipe off the outside of the crankcase, or other spots where spills are apparent.

I booked an appointment for an oil change as I waited. 35 minutes later I was ready to go.
Overall, a very positive experience. The staff at this location was very professional and helpful.They quoted me for some work that was higher than competitors and were very understanding when I decided to have someone else do the work. I would have preferred to use Dobbs, but the quote was 35-40% higher!
Service completed on same day and BOGO oil change used with no problems.
Brought my wifes car in because the washer fluid would not spray properly. After a couple of hours they said that it was fine and there was no issue I went to pick it up it still is not working properly.
