Have been visiting this location for the past 25 years only because of your great employee John Chase. I know that when I leave my vehicle with him that I will ALWAYS be treated fairly and squarely.
I felt that the people were knowledgeable and informative. They gave me information on things I will need in the future. I was very happy the service. Would definitely recommend them!
The sudden odd sounds I heard on Friday from my 2006 Explorer were diagnosed Saturday as a dying transmission. Next time in I will have a new car.

I must start my review by saying how impressed I was with the superior level of customer service from two gentlemen,Roger and Craig. Both men were as polite, professional, and courteous as can be, far exceeded my expectations. I am now a customer for life, thank you guys. Great price and service!

I had to replace a snow tire on my G35 since it shredded on my drive to work. Dobbs was very helpful finding a good replacement tire -- though ultimately I bought two so that the rear wheels would be the same. The service was terrific and the technician kept me fully informed as to when the tires arrived (had to be ordered) and then throughout the process
I even made a call in to the shop to tell them great job......
