left again with the noise
I have brought my Enclave in three time to have it looked at for a noise coming from the front tire. I had new tires put on and after that is when i started hearing the noise. I brought it up right away when it started. (about two weeks after the tires. At that time the person at the desk said "oh it's cold outside and it could be that" come on I'm not that stupid. I have asked many times to have it looked at. When I picked up my car and pulled out of the parking spot the noise was there. I was so mad!! Everyone that is in my car hears the noise but for some reason no one at DOBBS hears it. We have been coming to DOBBS since the 70's and never had a problem. Now we can't seem to get my car fixed right. I guess I'm stuck with the noise.

Oil change
My wife hates getting the oil changed in her car. Mainly because of the customer service of places. But Dobbs customers service and techs staff didnt make her feel like she was an idiot when she went into thier and said she needed a oil change that is full synthetic. They just took care of her fast and efficient. She was very appreciative of the professional nature and the outstanding service they provided. We will come back for all of our car service.
