New tires

Around July I had to purchase a replacement tire for the back of my car. I then noticed that the other 3 tires needed replacing. When I arrived to get an oil change and new tires, I informed the guy that I had just replaced the right back tire and I wanted to keep that as a replacement tire. I had to send my son to pick up my car and of course when he returned that tire was not in there, they disposed of all 4 tires. I am a little disappointed because this was a good tire.

Awesome

Some people think Dobbs is a bit pricey; but when it comes to doing it right the first time, they are great. As for the price, I justify it by the fact that once they fix it, if it goes bad ever again as long as you own the car, parts and labor are on them. You can't even get that from the dealer. Imagine your 10 year old Dobbs starter being replaced again on them. The dealer won't give you more than 90 days typically. You get what you pay for!!!

it was fine but I hate having to have a coupon when I only change my oil at Dobbs. I wish they would just give repeat customers a discount automaticly.

Horrible

Unprofessional and the workers smoke while working, with your windows down. My leather seat was damaged and dirt transferred from the workers uniform to my vehicle. More on, I observed the workers driving the cars like racing cars.

Five Star Service

This facility is very good at what they do. The front line staff is well informed, courteous, well versed in relating to and being cross culturally sensitive; yet professional. I never have to bring my vehicle back for the same repairs, and they are generally accurate on their wait times or finish estimates.
