I really like the guys at that store Doug and Ken have always taken care of me my wife and my mom with the greatest care for the last15 or 16 yrs
They would not rotate my tires because they stated I need tiers.
I took my care as I was told I had a leak in my transmission. I asked Dobbs if they did transmissions, and was told yes, but found out that my car had to be sent out. Not good. I paid $30 for them to tell me that.

I had a appointment for 2 tires to be changed, I was told I had air bubbles in all tires and it's recommended that "dobbs" change the other tires, problem was I had a nail in tire I asked not to be changed, my tpms light came on 5 minutes after leaving this location. , My other tire from dobbs in August 2017 was.thrown away and I have no spare. Another dobbs location made my experience better with the same two tires for 142.00 installed, rotated and balance and was fairly treated. Just a 78 dollar difference and a 2 hour wait on Dunn rd.

My daughter had a flat and we towed her car to Dobbs and they had her car the next morning!! Excellent service! Wetske all our car needs to Dobbs, wouldnt trust anyone else!! Thank you Dobbs!!
