Warranty fix

Dobbs corrected the right front bearing under warranty. The tires, also under 70,000 mile warranty with only 30,000 on them they said they would not cover because previous tire which also had issue were replace by warranty also. Dobbs needs to stop selling crappy Cooper tires. Won't go to Dobbs ever again due to the fact they don't honor their warranty.

I am always happy with the service I receive from Dobbs. I'm always asking questions because I don't know anything about cars and everyone there is always nice and explains things to me on my level so I can understand. They also never make me feel stupid although I'm sure some of my questions are dumb.

Fast and easy

I brought my car in for an oil change and it was fast and easy. The technician even started my car and parked in front of the door when I got there, to get the ac going bc it was a hot day.
