New struts

New struts were installed on my 2008 Prius. Ride much improved and should get better tire wear. Thanks to Bob and Nathan at Dobb's Cave Springs.

Car inspection

Safety and emission test done in timely manner. I had an appointment and it was met.

Excellent

Service is always excellent. They are courteous and as a woman I feel like I am treated no differently than any man; i.e. not taken advantage of. That is why I keep going back instead of to a dealer.

The crew at this Dobbs are fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, and they got me in and out as promised. The service manager, Bob, did a great job of explaining things to me, and gave me some recommendations for ways to keep the car running good. I will definitely be back!

Tie rods replaced

My tie rod ends were worn. Bob Davis and the Gang at Cave Srings Dobb's did an excellent job of replacing them. Thanks
