They were very busy, but I had a warranty item. I had just got a starter fixed in April & no way it shd have gone out in September

I feel when I have my family vehicles repaired at Dobbs in Cahokia, I receive the great and personable service. The service personnel always take care of my automotive needs and their work has been exemplary. I trust Dobbs at the Cahokia location and will continue to take my family cars there.

I have been a patron with Dobbs for approximately 20 years now and every opportunity I get to refer someone to Dobbs, I make that happen. As a single woman, I know that when I bring my vehicle to Dobbs I never have to worry about the work that has been done on my car. The staff are totally excellent, I feel like a celebrity whenever I come into the Cahokia shop. Love my guys and girl. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for services unless it's under warranty.

The work I needed done was fine but Jim lied to me about my estimate. I called in and talked to Jim and told him exactly what I needed done. Control arm, ball joint and wheel aliment. I. asked how much all that would cost he told me one price over the phone and then when I came to get the work done he calls me and says "hey u will need a wheel aliment"....so my price went from $380 to $490 And I was NOT HAPPY. after that and I will NEVER go back!!!!
