I called last Wednesday evening about 6:45 p.m. or so with a tire light on. Mike and Jake took care of the nail in my tire. They waited for me (got to the store about 2 minutes after7:00 p.m.). They took the extra step in being a great store personnel.
The folks are professional, effishent and friendly. They get the job done. I like them.
I can't help being impressed by the fact that the staff (hats off to Mike, Tony and Brittany) remember me and my car even when I call in. Plus, I never get a hard sell to do more than I'm comfortable with and get great advice on what I should need to worry about in the future. Great, great, great!
Will never go back. Over $400 to change spark plugs. Got 4 new tires and an oil change for less than that at Walmart.
Very attentive
The service itself was great, people were awesome, as usual. One issue is that I had an engine protection pan under the car that fell off after service, this is the second time this has happened shortly after being services by Dobbs. It appears as though it didn't get secured properly. Overall it was a good experience, but the lack of focus on this part for the second time is a bit dissapointing.
Always go for oil change. They always provide excellent service.
I dropped off my car with like 30 minutes notice for safety and emissions. They inspected each wheel, whereas most just check one. The tech found some sub-frame rust. Luckily my local dodge dealer extended the warranty on my car and it was repaired for free.
Brought our vehicle into Dobbs because have been experiencing lower tire pressure every few days even after putting air back in the tire to the proper psi level. Dobbs looked at the tire and said there was nothing wrong with it. The tire pressure continued to drop so took it to Meineke and they found the screw right away and repaired the tire and haven't had low pressure since.
My Ballwin Dobbs always says "bring it on in" when I call to setup an appointment. It's never a problem from the start. The staff is always very friendly, explains things that I don't understand, and helps me make good choices for my particular car situation. I've been going there for almost 20 years, and I don't see that changing! Keep up the good work Mike and Brittany!
