I went through a handful of decent mechanics before I came here. Rob immediately made me feel comfortable. I have gone back for various issues since then & have always received exceptional service. They communicate with you, they tell you what does not need fixed right away but will need service in the future, and they don't treat me like an idiot because I don't know cars. Never once have I gotten the "little lady" treatment.This time, I knew it was the serpertine belt and that they would be swamped after the storm. They still got me in the day I called, got me my van back sooner than if I had made an appointment. I was expecting a week without wheels and they made that two days. I recommend them to everyone, especially my female friends because I know they won't have to deal with nonsense. Whoever the guy with the dark hair and glasses is, he is also great. Love this shop, there has been significantly less car anxiety in my life since going to Cleve-Hill.
