Great Experience

After Dunn Tire Lancaster screwed me over in ways I hadn't even imagined, Cleve Hill Auto on Wehrle Dr. fixed one of the Dunn mmistakes, and didn't charge me! I then scheduled another problem Dunn left unfinished and they completed the job in a very timely manner. Great communication. Highly recommended, especially in these times of horrible customer service from large corporations.

Disappointed

I have taken my car to Cleve Hill for years & this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service. The advisor Dylan was rude & condescending & talked down to me. He recommended services without reviewing my service history seeing that the work was completed by them. I go there because I trusted them to do right by me and not take advantage of me like others do because I'm female. I will be finding a new mechanic because of this treatment.

I am satisfied. The team replaced muffler parts and days later, replaced a muffler part (resonator) to my satisfaction.
