Terrible experience. My last visit they replaced the cable to hood latch. The end inside the cab fell off of lever. Needs reattached. One of my items along with oil change and fuel filter change. Did not fix the cable. They had to notice it was off, didn't even inform me it needed fixing all though has service tech checked it was on work order. They have a checklist but what if they notice something needs work? Just let it go?
