When I called Nov. 30th, the employee said their first opening would be December 27th. So.....here's what happened: I had been stopped by a local police officer the night before for "no headlights". My dog had died at home on Nov. 29th. I was coming back from my vet's office after dropping my fur baby off & was pulled over. Needless to say, I was very upset over my dog's passing and told the cop I had no idea my headlights were not working. So... the employee asked me to hold while he spoke to the service supervisor (Megan) to see what they could do for me. THANK GOD for Megan!!! I have always had such wonderful service, (above and beyond) the norm every time I bring my car in! Megan is awesome! I can't say enough about Schierl Tire and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Megan asked if I could bring my car in THAT AFTERNOON @ 2:30!!!! I was thrilled that my car would be fixed THAT SAME DAY! Megan is THE BEST!!
