I stopped in to have my tires retorqued after purchasing a new set of tires the previous week. I asked if they could possibly check for a loud clunking noie that I was hearing near the rear right tire. Eric, Dave and Zach were so helpful to me and I believe Dave went right out in the parking lot, laid on the ground with a flashlight (as it was already dark) and gave a quick check. He came back and told me that he thought I had a bad shock and needed to get it in to the Kia dealer as it was still under warranty. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me without an appt. My husband also wants to give a shout out to Heather at the front desk. He said "She knows her s**t!" about what tires she recommended for our Sorento when we needed the new tires put on. Thanks everyone for the great service! It is VERY hard to find that nowadays and we truly appreciate it, especially when we are newer to the area and don't know who to call.
