Terrible. Dropped car off for oil change and tire rotation. Came back 5 hrs. Later and car wasn't done. Told me it was going to be another hr. or 2. Always bought tires and oil there for couple of cars. Not anymore.

We limped in close to closing time on an undersized spare after having a flat on the interstate, with more than 70 miles yet to drive. Jim greeted us cheerfully as soon as we walked through the door. Hed seen the spare and was already looking for a match to our tires. He recommended a good replacement for a great price and got right to work on it. No pressure to buy two or all four tires, or to go with a premium tire. Jim understood our immediate need and addressed it. We were in and out within 35 minutes. I could not be happier or more impressed. And he was a blast to talk to, as well!

I called Flynn today looking for tires on extremely short notice after booking a last minute trip out of town. They were able to squeeze me in a replaced my tires & rear brakes right away! I was even able to hang out in the waiting room & use their WiFi while eating complimentary popcorn and working on my laptop. I sat there for a while & the employees were all efficient, friendly and accommodating to everyone that walked in/called. I would definitely recommend Flynns Tire & Auto Service in Dover! Thank you!

They did the front breaks on my wifes explorer honestly they were the best feeling brakes ever better than original it was weird just how smooth and nice they were. Year later they are like they were but still good. They also did mine on my truck and they were good not like the wifes when they were fresh those were freaky good honestly. They are doing the backs on her explorer now and expect a good and professional job again. Jim the guy at the front counter is really good very personable and friendly just a good guy. I was making a run to the dump with a load and stopped and picked up 4 or 5 tires along the road stopped here with those because the dump wouldnt take them they charged me 4 bucks a tire but helped me unload them which I was happy to pay just to get those off the road. They were mine but a guy and his grandson cleaned that road up it was the trash they couldnt haul away but stacked it up and I just thought if they could do that the least I could do was get that junk.
