We limped in close to closing time on an undersized spare after having a flat on the interstate, with more than 70 miles yet to drive. Jim greeted us cheerfully as soon as we walked through the door. Hed seen the spare and was already looking for a match to our tires. He recommended a good replacement for a great price and got right to work on it. No pressure to buy two or all four tires, or to go with a premium tire. Jim understood our immediate need and addressed it. We were in and out within 35 minutes. I could not be happier or more impressed. And he was a blast to talk to, as well!
