I came in 15 minutes early. I parked parallel to an open bay. Told the attendant that I had parked there he said I was too early I had to wait. He said he would move my car. Listened to him bad mouthing previous female customers to a third-party on the phone. I was Uncomfortable while I waited. I was told my brakes were going to need to be replaced. He suggested my headlights needed to be cleaned for $130. He told my friend Donna the same things. I found black sooty marks on the door frame on the drivers side. Plus black sooty marks on the driver side carpet. Called the attendant, he apologized and said bring the car in and he would do my headlights for free.I Chose to find a friend that would do it for nothing. $130 for a fixed income budget is unrealistic. Im a resident of a 55+ apartment complex of 250 apartments . In the past, we were all given a discount , My previous visit they cleaned my windows , reset my clock and smiled. Bad news travels fast.
