Len did a great job in helping find the right tires for my needs and the quality. I wanted a little more aggressive tires for my truck and the Goodyear All Terrain tires were my choice. I needed brakes and rotors for the front and rear of my F150 and again the quality and the price were perfect.

Going above and beyond

It's not just about getting the job done, it's about getting it done right. My most recent service was an expected wheel bearing and strut replacement, that after further diagnosis, turned into a much lesser needed repair. I appreciate the honesty and effort in getting it right. Thanks Team Schierl.

Front Desk Fail

Both when I dropped off my car and picked it up, the two guys st the front desk did not acknowledge my presence or greet me while they typed away at their computers. I get that they may have been busy doing something necessary and am totally cool with, "I'll be with you in just a minute," but...nothing. When I picked up the car, the guy typed and shuffled papers for over five minutes. I just stood there, waiting him out, just to see how long it would take. Then he said (not unpleasantly) "What do you need?" Scheirl could (and should) do better. I mentioned this to my spouse, and she said she experienced the same silent treatment on her last visit. Although I've been happy with the work Schierl does, the front desk freeze out may change my mind .

Quick, Friendly, response

I took my tractor wheel & tire into Schierl's in the morning and was promised that it would be ready by 5:00 for sure. The job was completed by noon and I was promptly called. Tks.Bruce
