Tires losing air
My family has done a great deal of business through Schierl Tire; farm and trucking, we had a great working relationship with "our tire guy." Based on this relationship we've bought tires for our cars. With the purchase of our last set, in less than a year after purchase all the tires were losing air; often. We told the front desk help. When the tires were checked we were always told no problems detected. One visit was to check one specific tire, air was added, and again no problems. When checking out we asked if the other tires were ok. They said they did not check them we were told we came in to have one tire serviced they only check that one. From then on we rotated our own tires. Our tires now have over 50,000 miles and we need new ones. Do We dare go to Schierl Tire again? We expected the tires to be fixed! At least determine why were losing air. Is it a bad tire? A bad valve stem? A bad rim? The appropriate service was not provided. We expected more!
