Len Midthun was great to work with. Helped us in our warranty claim and always great to work with.

Impressed

After an oil change I found oil on the garage floor. Schierl attempted a fix, but the next day there was more oil on the floor. They determined that the threads for the oil plug in the oil pan were worn. They spent nearly $500 on parts and labor replacing the oil pan. Since I had never had a leak before, they paid for everything. It was one of the most positive customer service experiences I've ever had.
