This was my 1st visit, since moving to Rapids and my experience was very positive.- 1st, wife had a flat tire and needed to get it fixed ASAP! They appeared very busy with appts , but BRUCE got it in.- 2nd, flat tire was beyond repair (which happens if you drive on a flat for too long ). So a new set of tires were needed. This was ok, since we had 60k+ on the tires, so BRUCE recommended a Goodyear tire (to my liken) at a very competitive price. - 3rd Understanding our need for the car, we were fortunate that BRUCE found tires at another store (with lots of stores, great inventory) and arrange to have them delivered ASAP. TOM, fill-in service mgr, got the tires mounted and balanced that same day.-4th, they also check wheel alignment, for FREE ($98, if alignment needed), and worked in a oil change. 5th, with the purchase of tires, I get FREE tire rotation (recommended every 6000 miles) and a OUTSTANDING tire warranty! Service !
