Great scheduling

Called into the Weston location on a Monday with a bad battery issue and a dead headlight. They got me in first thing Wed. Am to fix light, replace battery, oil change, and tire rotation. Most other places it would have been a week to get in to gave everything fixed. They even gave me a quote on Rear brake replacement which I knew I needed. Excellent service, exceptional staff, and great value. I will be back !

New tires

Prompt and courteous service. Carry quality tires and the free tire rotation and balancing every 6000 miles is what sold me.

I was impressed will the knowledge the sales people have I came in and I told them I need new tires. I wanted tires that would be better in snow than the ones I have on the car now. It is the wife's car and the tires are terrible in snow your sales staff told me these were rated at a 3 and they reccemended the tires that were rated a 9. The tires they told us to buy are great in snow I am glad we bought them from you Thank you and you sales staff the car handles great in snow I am impressed with the knowledge they have.

Honest service provider

So the Polar Vortex hit WI while my car was parked outside. When I was done working, thankfully the engine started, but the dashboard warning light came on for "BRAKES" and "SERVICE ENGINE SOON". The appointment was scheduled and I dreaded having to replace sensors, etc. Thankfully, Meghan provided the diagnostic details: oil level was low 3/4 quart (added), and the other light must have been the result of the cold. Brakes were fine, etc. YAY no need to change out oxygen sensors or PCVs. This shop has high ethical standards and did not attempt to bamboozle me into an unnecessary repair.
