Booking the appointment was super easy and a breeze, despite never being there before. However, I've never had an oil change take an hour and a half. I could understand if I didn't have an appointment but I did and I was on time to it. There wasn't any reasoning given as to why it took so long either.
Had them install fog lights on my vehicle. Did an amazing job, looks like a factory job. Completely professional with a great price. Highly recommend!!!!!! Kevin and his team are pure professionals. ..

I scheduled by phone. The person I talked to was friendly and got me scheduled the next day. Check-in was easy, the folks at the front desk were friendly and the shop techs got it done quickly so I could be on my way.

My Daughter unexpectedly Was home for spring break and needed some work done on her car. Chris at Schierl Tire in Weston was able to get me an early appointment for Monday am. The car had a broken driver side wiper arm that required a special part. As the oil change/tire rotation was being done, they went out and got the wiper arm part. Only took an hour extra to get the wiper fixed. Was able to send my daughter back to Duluth with her car 100 % fixed, which as a parent means everything. The folks at the Weston location are fantastic and have always been there to service all my vehicles. Outstanding service !!
