The employees are always pleasant and easy to talk with. They explain everything well and take their time with each customer. The showroom is always clean, the waiting area is comfortable and they offer coffee, other beverages and great tasting popcorn while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. We have always been pleased with their service and products.

I received the worst service possible and I am still extremely upset about. I almost feel like contacting the better business bureau. I still might do so.

Excellent staff and service all the time.
Took the car in cause it would not shift out of park when it was warmed up. The mechanic changed the shift cable and it still did not work. Changed out a brake switch and that fixed it. Got a $50 reduction but still had to pay for shift cable witch was not the problem. Quite obvious , the problem was nothe cable . I have been a loyal customer for many years and many cars - with no problems. They replaced the cable and it did not fix it-replace the simple switch and it fixed the problem. Of course, at my cost!!
Always professional. I stopped at Auto Select and they want to charge me $45 just to test drive it. Schierl didn't charge me to diagnose. They called me with my options and had the prices broken down so it was a short call. I gave them the okay and they fixed it right the first time, as usual.
