Oil change
The shop completed the oil change and notified me of issues that would need to be repaired on the front end of the vehicle which prevented the tire rotation, which I appreciated. I don't know if this is part of the inspection process, but the next day I was pulled over for having a burned out tail light. If the light was out the day before, it would be helpful for the shop to include that as part of the inspection so it could have been fixed and I could have avoided being pulled over. It also would save me from having to do this myself in 2 degree winter weather.

The service for 4 tires took 2 1/2 hours. That is unacceptable. She said they would check my alignment, the "forgot" to do it. No time to do it now. I told the service person I wanted the book of oil changes so I could save some money. When the bill came, you charged me full price and never offered or mentioned the book. Not happy, very unlike prior service.
