Dissapointed
Had an alignment and part replacement which seem to go well. When I went to the car and tried to start it the battery was dead. I went in and questioned the desk and they asked the person who did the repair who indicated to them that after servicing the vehicle that he could not start it and therefore jump it to start. I was not informed of this at the desk at the time I paid for the service. I would have purchased a replacement at time but because of the lack of courtesy to tell me the battery was dead I was not about to give them more business.This along with a previous incident of not filling the tires during the service process and indicating that they had checked them makes me question if I need to look for a different place for repairs and tires.

I had my oil changed and new tires and also had my nieces done plus a alignment. Dani was very helpful and treated us great. I used to work for Les Schwab Tires out west for years after getting out of the Army and they had about the same warrenty as you. That is one of the reasons I shoped with you. I am glad I did and will recommend you to alot of people. We treated all are customers like they we the most important person just like you did at your store. I believe and was tought that you take care of the customer you will do great as a bussiness. 4 Goodyear Assurance tires
I had 4 Michelin tires that were almost down to the wear bars but didn't qualify for credit. Schierl tire gave me $100.00 credit towards some new Goodyear tires & along with the rebate from Goodyear itself I came quite well. Thx Schierl
