Work was done as scheduled even with additional repairs that were found to be needed in addition to what was planned. I do a lot of driving so appreciate the extra effort to assure that all needed repairs were completed.

I came in without an appointment and staff found time to diagnose and tend to my problem. As always, Scheirl took good care of me.
We had a flat in Prentice which could't be fixed. Prentice auto repair called your store in Medford and we were able to get 2 tires and were up iand going in short order. Staff was efficient and friendly.
I walked in unannounced with a flat tire and they were so friendly and accommodating getting a new tire on in time for me to pick up after work! Not to mention a delicious coffee for the road!
