my first time buying tires here, very satisfied with Jamie as the sales person, she knows her tires! and the technician that checked the tires a few weeks later, very good and friendly. Nice waiting room also.

what happened to free tire repair

The coffee is great and they have a TV to watch while you wait. People that work there are very friendly too.

quick fix much appreciated

I needed a headlight replaced and you know how difficult that can be.They fixed it immediately even though I purchased the light elsewhere. And they had free coffee!

Need Improvement

Was disappointed because spent money on tires 90K tires that lasted less than 12K. Assume this Schierl dealership got bad tires or old ones that were installed. Then, had new ones put on but Shierl forgot to do the full-size spare replacement so had to make special trip and go back a second time to have them do what should've been done the first time (about 40 miles each way). Would've been nice to get a gift card to someplace for the inconvenience, but nothing offered. So, in honesty, I cannot say that we were satisfied with the service/experience.
