The overall experience was very good. I choose to have my service done here because they will always drive me up to the restaurant so I can get breakfast while they are doing the work. The personnel at the counter were very polite and helpful with my needs.The only negative comment I have and it is minor; I had to wait over 20 minutes from the time the service was done until I checked out. Granted they were very busy that morning with their waiting lounge overflowing with other customers, however, I thought they could have adjusted their priorities to get me out a little sooner. This will in no way prevent me from going to them again for tires and other services.
