Alignment wasnt that bad but they still did it only very slightly improving it. Never informed me they were going to do it. Cars drifts to the right now when the steering wheel is let go. And this right after an alignment????

I bring all of our vehicles to Schierl in Marshfield for oil changes. Our experience keeps getting better. The team is very thorough with the inspections. Today I wanted to make a point to give a shout out to Matt! As usual, I was running late for work and needed to get my car dropped off. He let me use the loaner vehicle to get to work on time and even had it all warmed up for me when I arrived. If that's not 5 star service, I don't know what is!
