I appreciate the facility, always neat and customer friendly. Water and coffee available along with nice restrooms and a computer and TV for customer use. I appreciate that they were able to work me in without an appointment that day. The techs are always courteous and helpful. My only concern would be Jodi's (service writer) attitude. Somewhat coarse and unhappy (unfriendly). Maybe just a bad day.Overall very satisfied.

sloppy work
Recently ordered tires on-line from Goodyear website to be sent to Schierl to put on. Set date when they could put them on and paid for the tires with Goodyear charge. Schierl called to confirm date and on that day my husband went to Schierl to get the tires . When he arrived on the date agreed to. Lady at the Schierl desk said the tires were not in yet. Husband rescheduled and returned on the date decided upon. The inside of the car, mats seat and armrest were covered with grease and dirt when husband picked up the car. I was to receive a rebate slip from them also to mail back to Goodyear. Schierl never mentioned to my husband regarding the rebate slip. We has to return the next day to obtain the rebate slip. Not the first time we were disappointed by the unprofessional way Schierl handled their customers requests.
