Lost my business

Was told be done Friday. Never called . Saturday I live 45 minutes away didn't call they got done just before closing Saturday. Told me to swing in Monday to program sensers . I did they tell me they are booked and can't do it or the alignment I asked on Friday said they could do it Monday now didn't do crap . Drove miles on a vehicle not aligned wearing tires and no sensers set to truck for nothing made 4 trips in 3 days to get jerked around .. beyond pissed never again will I go there for anything.. liars , slow , and crappy service...

Oil and Tire Rotation

All very good except for one thing. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon checkout, I asked if a tire rotation was forgot about because there were no notes that tires were either rotates or checked. I was told that it was evaluated and decided this wasn't needed which is okay except this should have been documented on my paperwork with my bill

Purchased 4 tires, price and service was great. The only issue I had was all of my custom stem caps were replace with standard issue.

Car care review- dirty hands

Service was good but when I got back in my car the steering wheel and gear shift were both filthy dirty from the mechanics hands. I would expect they either wash their hands before driving my car or wipe down the steering wheel and gear shift after driving it.
