Upon my most recent visit to this Mountain View location, I was pleased as always with the service, but also one of their technicians pointed out a rear shock issue that I needed to keep an eye on in the near future. Great awareness on his part and great info for me to have going forward. The best shop you can go to, period.
the staff is great and service was good but it took 2 1/2 hours to get a oil change done. I was a waiter there in the office. Just think they should be able to get you in and out faster than that.
After my last (and only second) visit I will not be going back and will be closing my Goodyear credit card. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I was told at 26K miles I also needed new brakes and tires. I have never encountered someone so deceptive just trying to upsell. They also didnt rotate my tires as promised and when I asked about that I got another load of crap answer. Really sad that this is what these places have come to.
They work with you(price match). They did take along time, very busy place.
