Less than expected

All the manager wanted to do was sell me new tires. My Continentals had all of 15000 miles on a 70000 mi tire. Took almost 1 hr. for an oil change and would not rotate the tires unless I got a full synthetic oil change. Even though the web site says free rotation with no qualifier. Not going back there again. Mgr. was upset because he was eating his Subway out in the bay and had to stop to come in and talk to me.

Excellent customer service guy, forget his name, but he is Asian and amazing.

The people at the Wildomar store have always been very helpful and practical. Charlie should get a raise for his knowledge and customer service acumen. He's good for your company.

MV Tire sold the tires to me at the same price as quoted and satisfactorily replaced tires without incident, or changing prices, and performed the services within a reasonable time frame. Thank you

Fine other than price. The dealer is $49.99 for an oil change and you guys were about $80. Seems ridiculous

Amazing, great customer service. I forgot his name, but he is of Asian descent and he is superb, always friendly and gets me in and out in a timely manner.
